Unlike many mobile-only services, our house call appointments are scheduled at a defined time rather than a broad arrival window, and if advanced diagnostics such as X-rays, ultrasound, surgery, or hospitalisation are required, pets can be seamlessly transferred to our nearby veterinary clinic.

Unlike many mobile-only services, our appointments are scheduled at a defined time, and pets can be seamlessly transferred to our clinic if further diagnostics or treatment are required.
Our house call may be particularly helpful in the following situations:
Many of our clients are professionals with limited daytime availability. Instead of travelling to a clinic or waiting for a broad appointment window, we arrive at a scheduled time, allowing your pet to be seen efficiently within your available time.
Some pets experience significant anxiety when travelling in the car or sitting in a busy waiting room. Being examined at home allows them to remain calm in a familiar environment while still receiving care from an experienced veterinarian.
Sometimes a home visit is the best first step to assess a problem. If further tests such as X-rays, ultrasound, surgery, or hospitalisation are needed, we can arrange a smooth transfer to our nearby Lutwyche clinic, where advanced diagnostics and treatment are available.
Older pets or pets with arthritis may find travel uncomfortable. A home visit allows them to receive professional veterinary care without unnecessary stress or movement.
If several pets require vaccinations, parasite treatments, or health checks, a house call allows them to be examined conveniently in one visit.
For families who prefer their pet’s final moments to be in a peaceful and familiar environment, we offer compassionate in-home euthanasia and palliative care, with the support of our veterinary clinic if further assistance is needed.

• Travel surcharge: $25 to $80, depending on your location (applies to suburbs within a 10km radius of our clinic)
• Additional fees may apply for procedures (e.g., vaccinations, blood collection), which will be discussed prior to your appointment.
