to care for your pet with skill, urgency, and compassion—while supporting you every step of the way. We always reserve 1-2 emergency slots each day.

What Happens When You Arrive

When you arrive, your pet will be assessed by our veterinary team as quickly as possible.

We use a triage system, meaning pets with life-threatening conditions are treated first. Our priority is to stabilise your pet, relieve pain, and clearly explain the next steps.

We will always discuss recommended treatments and estimated costs with you before proceeding.

What we consider an emergency

Please contact us urgently if your pet has any of the following:

Difficulty breathing or collapse

Seizures or sudden weakness

Severe bleeding or wounds

Persistent vomiting or diarrhea

Suspected poisoning or toxin ingestion

Urinary blockage (especially male cats)

Severe pain or abdominal distension

Hit by a car or major trauma
